Ticket Types

Conference Schedule

  • November 17 (Monday): Workshop Day with introductory and advanced topics, available with in-person attendance only.
  • November 18 (Tuesday): The first conference day, held primarily in person, but the sessions will also be available online via background streaming.
  • November 19 (Wednesday): The final conference day, held entirely online.

Available Ticket Types

  • All-Inclusive Ticket: Valid for all three days of the conference, including Monday’s Workshop Day.
  • 2-Day Conference Ticket: Valid only for the Tuesday and Wednesday conference days.
  • Workshop Ticket: Valid only for Monday’s Workshop Day.

For Tuesday, you can choose between in-person and online attendance:

  • Hybrid tickets grant in-person access on Tuesday,
  • Online tickets provide online access on Tuesday as well.

The in-person participation fee for the Workshop and Conference Days includes lunch and coffee breaks, which will appear on the invoice as a separate item and any related taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Prices are per person and do not include 27% VAT.

Discounts

There are several types of discounts available for ticket purchases; however, they cannot be combined. For example, only one discount can be applied from either the time-based or group discount categories.

 

Time-Based Discounts
The time-based discounts have ended. Late Bird prices are in effect in the final two weeks before the conference.

Group Discounts
Continuous professional development is important for every team member. That's why we offer special discounts to companies purchasing tickets for multiple participants at once:

  • Standard Group Discount: If at least 4 participants from the same company attend the conference, we offer a 20% discount on standard ticket prices for all of them.
  • Large Group Discount: If at least 8 participants from the same company attend, please contact us for a custom offer!

In case of group registration, please contact us before purchasing tickets!

 

Discounts for Individuals
We offer a discount on standard ticket prices for private individuals. For more details (e.g., coupon code), please contact us before purchasing your ticket!

Modification and Other Terms

Ticket Modifications and Cancellations

Thanks to the hybrid format, we aim to offer flexible modification and cancellation options. If circumstances change or other reasons make it necessary, conference tickets can be modified (e.g., switched to a hybrid or online ticket) or cancelled until October 20, 2025. Cancellations after this date are not possible; however, the ticket can be transferred to another participant within the same company. If you wish to modify or transfer your ticket, please notify us by emailing hello@budapestbi25.com!
